Liban (Lee) is originally from Somalia and is passionate about the spices and East African cuisine. His mission is to bring the flavors of East Africa to his neighbourhood.

Liban worked as a cook in a variety of environments from restaurants to golf clubs where he was exposed to a variety of cuisines.

Eventually Liban went with his passion and is proudly serving East African food with a modern twist in his new restaurant: Safari Secrets
